We are very excited to announce that we are preparing to go on sale for SFVACNA XXVI on Sunday, November 7th at 6 pm PST (Please note daylight savings time ends Nov 7th at 2am)  

In preparing for that, we have some important news to share.

  • In response to the many concerns that we have heard, we are limiting the purchase of banquet tickets to 10 tickets (or 1 table) per purchase. To purchase more tickets, once your initial purchase is complete, reenter the queue and make a second purchase, if there are still tickets available.

  • Please note that we will adhere to all federal, state, and local COVID mandates for gatherings of 1000 or more people. Our current plan follows state and county guidance. It requires proof of vaccination and corresponding photo ID for entrance to the facility. And once in the facility, all attendees will be required to wear masks.

  • We will update this information as we move closer to the convention and as those agencies release new information. We are not able to make any exceptions to any mandates that are in place at the time of the convention.  We are not able to provide any refunds once your purchase has been completed.
